1. All the prices & availability of the products are subject to change without any prior notice.
2. Most of the popular Credit Cards are accepted like MasterCard, Visa, American Express etc.
3. Delivery charges for Nepal are calculated as follows:
i. Delivery charges around Kathmandu Valley: Rs. 150
ii. All the Charges outside Kathmandu Valley are based on the weight, volume and nature of the products as well as the destination of the recipient. All the charges for the selected destination are automatically calculated for the different product and will be added to the price of your product before you make payment.
4. Cancellation of the products after 24hrs of the payments will be denied.
5. Orders will only be delivered after the email re-confirmation from the customer via email or phone for the security purpose of our valued customers.
6. Goods are delivered within 2 working days after the reconfirmation of the order placement in Kathmandu Valley, but it might take more days if the items are tailor made according to you. Goods outside Kathmandu valley will be delivered within 2 - 4 working days depending on the recipient's location.
7. Normal delivery times are between 10am to 6pm but delivery times may vary in the special occasions and might be delivered after 6pm. Kathmandumart.com will not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by natural or political delays that is beyond the control of kathmandumart.com.
8. Exchange of cash with any gift item is unacceptable.
9. The address of the recipient must be correct in all the respects.
10. Kathmandumart.com will only deliver products after 24hrs of the order placement however in some special cases products might be delivered based on the customers re-confirmation and goodwill.
11. Senders will receive P.O.D (Proof of Delivery) via email. For example Recipients signature, ID, the product ID etc.
12. The products delivered to the recipient from kathamandumart.com will be as per the description and the picture chosen by the customer. However, there may be the variations in appearance and color, especially in the case of some perishable items, like sweets, chocolates, cakes, flowers etc.
13. Any Damages or fault on the products must be informed to kathmandumart.com within 24hrs of delivery. No replacement will be done after 24hrs of delivery.

16. Please check our Return & We do value our customer's feelings and deliver the gift in perfect time & condition. However, there might be manufacturing defect or damage in transit. In such cases, we must be informed for the defect or damage within 24hrs of the delivery for the replacement of the item.
In case of refund, we must be informed within 24hrs of the delivery and the item must be unused, packed as original and undamaged. After examining the item, we will refund your full amount minus 12% (third party charges). In case of credit card purchases, refund will be credited to the credit card account used for purchase. We do not provide any Cash refund to the recipient. Return & refund policy does not apply to perishable items like cakes, flowers, sweets etc.
