We do value our customer's feelings and deliver the gift in perfect time & condition. However, there might be manufacturing defect or damage in transit. In such cases, we must be informed for the defect or damage within 24hrs of the delivery for the replacement of the item.
In case of refund, we must be informed within 24hrs of the delivery and the item must be unused, packed as original and undamaged. After examining the item, we will refund your full amount minus 12% (third party charges). In case of credit card purchases, refund will be credited to the credit card account used for purchase. We do not provide any Cash refund to the recipient. Return & refund policy does not apply to perishable items like cakes, flowers, sweets etc
